Christina and Chen’s Big Bear elopement felt quiet, intentional, and deeply personal—exactly the kind of day that reminds me why I love photographing intimate weddings in the mountains.

We met in the open meadows just outside Big Bear, where the late afternoon sun filtered through the pines and the mountains softened into the background. Christina wore a flowing off-shoulder dress that moved beautifully in the breeze, while Chen kept things classic in a black suit. The simplicity of the setting let their connection take center stage.
